Jérôme has over 25 years of experience in aviation from different OEMs and completion centers. Before joining AirPlans he was managing a wide body VVIP complex completion projects and supported Project Management Performance Improvement for MRO.
Jérôme's aviation career started in 1995 with a master’s degree internship at Airbus Test Flight department in Toulouse. He then joined Jet Aviation's Design Engineering department for two years prior to moving to the position of BBJ Completion Project Manager. In 2004 he continued as a Head of Operation Final Assembly Line A320, A340, A380, for AAA on behalf of Airbus for five years. From 2009 to 2012 he worked as a Head of FAL for Jet Aviation Completion Basel, one of the largest completion centers for private aircraft in the world. During the last 10 years, he worked as an independent consultant on behalf of EHAA. He was involved in multiple VVIP completion project management, OEM, Completion Center, and MRO audits followed by operational process improvement, management, and team coaching.
Jérôme holds a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from IPSA, in Paris.
Jérôme specializes in defining and managing VVIP completion projects for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters with strong experience with aircraft maintenance.
